Before I post my experience during the Philippine Fashion Week, here are few inspirations on what to wear if you’re going to attend something like a fashion show..
The best tip that I got is to wear heels or something a little bit-not-sky-high and oh, booties will do. You will just sit down to watch so I guess there won’t be a problem plus it’s really eye-catching when you have that “killer shoes”

For two days, I’ve been stressing myself on what to wear and that’s a no-no. You should be prepared days ago or even weeks ago if you don’t want to be pressured.

Do NOT be “fashionably late” - You don’t want to miss anything during the show. Like what models do, you should be there before the call time. Models are not supposed to be late and so are you.

Wear something that shouts your personality. Two days before the show, I was planning to wear something like this by Sky Ferreira but later on, I changed my mind because the leather mini skirt that I own doesn’t look good on me and I don’t like it at all either. Besides, I want something sexy and show a little bit of my skin and yes, that’s very me and I did it!

Keep it simple, you don’t want to be the center of attraction (do not outshine the models on the runway) all along. Yes we do want the attention but not too much of it. Remember that the people around you (including yourself) are there to watch.

Most importantly, if you want to enjoy every bit of the show, do not take pictures the whole time unless you’re a photographer. Just take a picture of the looks you like and that’s it. And oh, a basic camera is only advisable (based on my experience) if you’re on the front row seat.
I got most of the pictures from Chictopia. Of course except for Sky Ferreira and Alexa Chung’s
